Level 1 One repair/breakdown or a preventative maintenance visit.
Includes all travel and labour charges.
Parts are excluded.
Level 2 As level 1. With the inclusion of basic parts required to carry out the PM.
parts which are not included in the procedure are chargeable.
Our engineers follow a very comprehensive PM procedure.
Level 3 As Level 2. Includes one breakdown/repair visit within 12 months.
Level 4 One PM visit and all inclusive labour and travel charges for 12 months.
Includes 72 hour response time.
